Having worked at corporates, scale ups and early stage startups, I bring a broad range of commercial experience and the versatility to tackle your growth challenges. 

Creating growth strategies for category disrupting organizations is a key area of expertise. I recently achieved a Masters in Behaviour Change at UCL: analysing customer insights in order to inform cross functional customer centric strategies is part of the work I love the most. This offers unique insights in the go-to-market planning process and allows innovative businesses to drive acquisition by changing behaviours and mindsets.

With a proven track record of building exceptional teams, I’m passionate about hiring and developing world class talent across both business development and marketing, with expertise about the skills required to get results at every stage of the growth funnel.

I love to collaborate with purpose led organisations; climate, community, financial empowerment and health tech are a few specific areas of interest.

Career experience:

As Eventbrite’s first hire outside the US in 2011, I played a key role in scaling its European business, up till and following its IPO in 2018. My experience spanned across a variety of marketing roles, from demand generation to performance marketing and content management, culminating in heading up the European marketing organisation.

I then launched and scaled Karshare - a peer to peer car sharing platform, as Chief Marketing Officer, launching in 6 cities in 12 months. In this role I led both business development and marketing; hired and developed eight team members, and developed a growth strategy grounded in behaviour change theory to increase sharing among car owners. 

Most recently I have been growing climate tech startup Sust Global, owning all aspects of brand and marketing, with a specific focus on building out a multi channel demand generation strategy.

Prior to Eventbrite I cut my teeth in the corporate communications team at the BBC, creating comms plans for key strategic programs; leading on proactive and responsive press liaison and briefing senior BBC leaders for public events and speeches.
